If there is an upcoming event that you’re interested in, I’ll provide coverage of your student or other favorite subject on a custom basis.  Options include coverage of one to three individuals, or the entire team. Using the order form below, you’re effectively pre-ordering a minimum number of images, and in return, getting guaranteed, professional-quality coverage and reduced pricing on the photos.   • Retainer fee is paid up-front
    • $40 for one person/subject-of-interest, minimum of 1 hour of coverage
    • $60 for two subjects-of-interest, minimum of 1 hour of coverage
    • $80 for three subjects-of-interest, minimum of 1.5 hours of coverage
    • $150 for full-team and up to 3 hours of coverage.
  • 100% of the retainer fee applies toward your future photo purchases of this event
    • You’ll get all your money back in the form of photos (hi-res files or prints)
    • Refund only applies to prints ordered of this event
  • You’ll get an up-front discount on any image(s) ordered of this event
    • 15% discount up-front for custom-ordering the shoot
    • Additional discounts at the standard price breaks - 10% at $50, 15% at $100, 20% at $200
  • You’ll be provided with a custom gallery for the event
    • Gallery will be optimized for your subject(s) of interest - photos of interest will be easy to find
    • You’ll still have access to all other images taken at this event, also at the reduced price
  • Retainer fee is refunded in the form of photo purchases.
    • Non-refundable if photos are not purchased
    • Applies only to photos ordered of this event (not applicable to past or future events and galleries)
  • If this is short-notice, please call me right after placing order to make sure I’m aware of it
