After literally years of planning, we are in the final days leading up to graduation and the all-night graduation party. The party will be AWESOME!

The attached list is a summary of all students and guests registered to attend the event. 327 participants have registered to attend, a Bowie record!

LATE REGISTRATIONS

If your student (and/or guest) would like to participate and his / her name is not on the attached list, please let me know as soon as possible. Late Registration will be handled at check-in in the Bowie parking lot on Thursday night. (Plans must be made for the attendance count at the facility, transportation to and from Bowie, and for the purchase of the exact number of prizes that will be needed to ensure all graduating seniors receive a prize; therefore, a ‘heads-up’ notification to me would be much appreciated!) Please DO NOT leave registration

All students / guests planning to register at check-in in the Bowie parking lot must present their completed registration form (with parent / guardian signature) and the registration fee of $50.00 in CASH. (The registration form is also attached to this message.)

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Participants should plan to arrive at the Bowie parking lot between 10:30PM and 11:15PM. They should proceed to the check-in table where they must present a

· Cars may be left in the Bowie parking lot all night. (Parent volunteers will be scheduled to watch the parking lot in shifts.)

· Back-packs must be left at home or in their car. Students will not be allowed to take back-packs on the buses.

· Students should also finish all beverages prior to boarding the buses. Students will not be allowed to bring drinks on the buses.

· Purses will be allowed; however, they will be inspected by bus monitor volunteers and will be labeled / boxed by bus. If the student needs access to her purse during the event, they can contact someone in the prize drawing area at Austin Park ‘N Pizza.

Buses will begin departing for Austin Park ‘N Pizza at 11:15PM. The last bus is scheduled to leave at 11:30PM.

12:00AM (midnight) – Arrive Austin Park ‘N Pizza

12:00AM – 2:00AM - Pizza Buffet

12:30AM - Senior Prize Drawings Begin

12:30AM – 1:30AM - Live Concert featuring Bowie’s own Steam Train Murphy

1:00AM - 4:00AM - Casino Games / Prize Drawings

4:30AM - 5:30AM - Breakfast is Served

5:30AM - Senior Prize Drawings End

6:00AM - Board Buses for Bowie

6:30AM - Arrive Bowie and Pick up Prizes

GENERAL

This is an all-night lock-in. Participants will not be allowed leave the Austin Park ‘N Pizza facility. The ONLY exception is with a parent note and parent pick-up. (The exception note should include the participant’s name, parent’s name, parent’s signature and information on what time the parent will arrive at Austin Park ‘N Pizza to pick them up.) Parents will be required to show an ID when picking up the student / guest.
