2005-Dec-02: Football Banquet
In the words of Coach Gary Pittman:

Final game is posted - all pics are up. I had
planned to shoot one more
freshman game, but didn't get the news that it had been moved from
Friday night to Wed night, so I missed it ... Next year, I'll hook into the
communication's loop so I can get last-minute info. See ya'll at the ban-
quet in December (time for me to work on the slide show next).

Bowie Varsity vs. McNeil: Sept 9, 2005
| I'm afraid I dropped the ball for this game.
Right after I arrived and began shooting, I realized
that I did not have my low-light lenses with me.
$5000-ish worth of Canon glass was sitting on the
sideline of the field of a 5PM game that I had just
come from (40 minutes away at Lake Travis).
So, that was a quick end to coverage of this game.
There will be one more chance to shoot a Bowie
Varsity game on a field with good lighting - the
Westlake game on Sept. 23rd. |

From a spectator's perspective, a very,
very good game! Good
action right up to the end of the 4th quarter. Through my
telephoto lens, I saw raw determination and a potential for
great things to come for both teams! This was a very
enjoyable game to shoot :-)
